Club Conditions
All clubs must be in perfect working order. ProClubs.com will not accept clubs with any of the following conditions:
- Broken clubs
- Skymarks – scratches on the top of the club head
- Any non-factory alterations (other than the clubs being re-gripped)
- Non-factory installed shafts
- Incomplete sets and/or clubs that do not match
- Dented club-head or shaft
- Clubs with rattles
Any item received with any of the following characteristics will be returned to you at your expense.
WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT 10 LEFT HANDED CLUBS PER CUSTOMER PER 12 MONTH PERIOD.
MAXIMUM OF 10 ITEMS OF THE SAME SKU PER 12 MONTH PERIOD
International Transactions
ProClubs.com does not purchase clubs from International customers at this time.
Shipping & Payment
We advise you to use a courier that offers tracking with proof of delivery as well as insurance. ProClubs.com is not responsible for any damage caused to any item(s) sent for trade-in transactions.
All orders get paid once we receive your clubs.
We offer two forms of payment options:
1. Company Check- Sell.proclubs.com has announced that all check payments will be sent out via USPS Priority Mail, ensuring fast delivery within 2-3 business days. This service provides customers with a reliable and timely way to receive their payments, offering tracking and peace of mind throughout the shipping process. By using USPS Priority Mail, Sell.proclubs.com guarantees that checks are processed and delivered efficiently, helping to streamline the payment experience for its users.
2. Paypal-Customers whom choose Paypal will have their account credited within 1 business day of us receiving their order
Submitted quotes are good for 10 days from the day the quote is submitted. All orders received after 10 days will be given the current cash value listed online.
